Today is the launch of the new boards with X870 and X870E chipset for the AMD Ryzen 9000 Series. Some plates that seem will offer improvements with this latest generation of AMD processors. With the appearance of the new CUDIMM modules at higher speedthe traditional DDR5 in DIMM format has had to put in the batteries, something that have achieved from G.Skill with the launch of DIMM memory up to 9,000 MT/s thanks to the capabilities of overclock and AMD EXPO.
G.Skill has announced his memoir under the series Trident Z5 Royal NEO along with a plate ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO to which a AMD Ryzen 7 8700G. This 48 GB (2×24 GB) kit is capable of offering up to 9,000 MT/s with CL44-56-56 latency using profiles to overclock easily AMD EXPO. This ASUS board has been chosen for its technology NitroPath DRAMwhich offers frequencies up to 400 MT/s higher thanks to its redesign of the memory slots.
With this G.Skill wants to show that it is possible achieve higher speeds in DDR5 memory using DIMM modules, thanks to the advancement of motherboard technologies. With these 9,000 MT/s it is closer to the speeds seen in CUDIMM modules of 9,200 MT/s and 9,400 MT/s, but they promise up to 10,000 MT/s.
