The document – spread on social networks – addressed to Marco Antonio Hernández Martínez, head of the Administration and Finance Unit of the Government, details that Triara “has maintained its commitment” to the Government to continue providing the accommodation service, but since January of this year has accumulated eight months of non-payments.
“Unfortunately, this situation prevents us from continuing to provide services, so starting September 24, the systems will apply the protocols for the progressive suspension of services, including 7×24 support,” the document says.
Data Center services are essential for the storage and safeguarding of the information generated by a company and a State agency, so without the services of the Telmex subsidiary, the Government’s data may be exposed and have problems in its operability.

However, Triara of Telmex reiterated its commitment to continue as a technological ally of the Government, offering quality services and technology, if the government agency makes the payment of the debt.
