The 2024 Season Expansion for EA Sports WRC includes content for all three categories (WRC, WRC 2 and Junior WRC), allowing players to catch up with the current year of the FIA World Rally Championship. This means they will receive new locations, moments, stages, licensed vehicles and crews, as well as new customisation options. All of this content will be delivered throughout 2024 and 2025 via three packs, which can also be purchased separately.
The Locations & Cars pack will be available on 8 October and will introduce two new locations: Rally Latvia, which has made its WRC debut this year with 12 individual stages, and Rally Poland, which has returned to the calendar after a five-year break with over 27 kilometres of road divided into 12 stages. There are also five new vehicles to compete alongside those from the base game in their respective classes: the Ford Puma Rally1 Hybrid ‘24, Hyundai i20 N Rally1 Hybrid ‘24 and Toyota GR Yaris Rally1 Hybrid ‘24 from WRC, the Toyota GR Yaris Rally2 from WRC2 and the Ford Fiesta Rally3 Evo from Junior WRC.
Secondly, we find The Masters pack, which will be available in winter 2024/2025. This is the first themed content pack that will add two new routes to the existing ones in the base game. These are Rally Monte Carlo: Briançonnet (14.55 km) and Rally Portugal: Fafe (11.18 km). The third and final pack is Energetic Power and will be available in spring 2025. It is another themed content with two new routes: Rally Sweden: Umeå (10.08 km) and Umeå Sprint (5.16 km) and Rally Greece: Harvati (14.42 km). Both themed packs will include other content that will be revealed at a later date.
