NVIDIA has released the GeForce 561.09 WHQL Game Ready drivers with official support for games Final Fantasy XVI (FF XVI), God of War Ragnarok, EA SPORTS FC 25 and Frostpunk 2. Being WHQL, they are certified by Microsoft and come in the form of a final driver.
They also add new optimal configuration values with the software NVIDIA GeForce Experience for games Star Wars Outlaws, F1 Manager 2024 and Black Myth: Wukong.
It is striking that this release of new drivers has not been used to fix possible bugs or errors found in other titles. Either none have been detected – something quite unlikely – or they have preferred to focus on support for these major game releases.
What we do find in the drivers NVIDIA GeForce 561.09 WHQL Game Ready These are general bug fixes with NVIDIA’s own applications and configurations, or with the Chaos V-Ray application, which showed performance reductions in some workloads with the 560 drivers. The other bugs fixed prevent the GeForce Experience performance monitoring overlay from stopping updating GPU information, a bug that has been around for quite some time. The NVIDIA App should also no longer disable in-game filters when the overlay is enabled.
The GeForce 561.09 WHQL Game Ready drivers are now available in the NVIDIA website to download from there or from the NVIDIA app and GeForce Experience.
