Epic Mickey: Rebrushed director talks about possible sequel return

Now, Jason Mallet, director of Epic Mickey: Rebrushedshared a few words about the possibility of seeing the second installment back:

As you can see, the team behind the game is more than focused on bringing Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two to next-generation consoles, although everything will depend on the outcome of Epic Mickey: Rebrushed.

What is Epic Mickey: Rebrushed?

Epic Mickey is a 3D platformer inspired by the original design of the iconic Disney character, which will return with a remake by THQ Nordic that promises visual and gameplay improvements.

The adventure will allow you to join Mickey Mouse on a colorful adventure as he traverses Wasteland, a world inspired by classic Disney stories, where he will be able to use a magic paintbrush that allows players to create their own solutions to platforming puzzles.

Epic Mickey: Rebrushed will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC next month. September 24th.
