After the presentation of the new Snapdragon X Plus with 8 coresmanufacturers have revealed the laptops that will arrive with this new processor. Laptops that come with Snapdragon processors but there is also a version with the recently released AMD Ryzen AI 300 series. One of these is the Acer Swift Go 14 AIa Copilot+ laptop to which they have added the new Snapdragon X Plus with 8 cores, the other is the Acer Swift 14 AI to which they have added an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365.
The Acer Swift Go 14 AI in addition to this new Snapdragon can carry up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a disk PCIe 4.0 SSD up to 1TB. Its screen is 14 inches IPS type and you can choose between WQXGA and 350 nits of brightness or WUXGA with 300 nits of brightness, both with 120 Hz and 100% sRGB. It has 2 USB 4.02 USB 3.2, where one supports PD charging. They also come with WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity compatible with BLE. It has a 75 Wh battery capable of offer up to 28 hours video playback on the lower resolution model.
But under this same series, the manufacturer has also launched these laptops that include the AMD Ryzen 300 Series, the Acer Swift 14 AI. This model includes a AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 along with up to 32GB RAM and SSD disk of up to 2 TB PCIe 4.0. In this model we find a screen of 14 inches to choose from OLED panel with WQXGA resolution, 500 nits and DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification or an IPS panel with WQXGA or WUXGA resolution with 400 nits and 120 Hz. As for Connectivity and battery is the same as the previous modelreaching in this case up to 27 hours of video.
In both models A webcam and security features have been added such as a fingerprint reader or Pluton chip.
They will be available from this month, from the 999 euros for the model with Snapdragon X Plus processor and 1,199 euros for those with AMD processors.
