In this recent presentation, we explored in depth the implementation strategy of the InES Open Science project at the Universidad Central de Chile. The talk highlighted how the university has established a solid foundation for integrating Open Science practices into its institutional management.
In her presentation, rapporteur Soledad Quiroz Valenzuela addressed various key issues related to the InES project. She discussed digital infrastructure, including the identification of needs and implementation. She also discussed the installation of an institutional system, which includes policies, indicators and traceability. In addition, she presented the communication and training plan, highlighting the dissemination of results and training at different levels.
