Today at IFA 2024 the presentation of the new 8-core Snapdragon X Plusa cheaper variant of their Snapdragon X Elite and the Snapdragon X Plus they had previously launched at Computex.
In total, the Snapdragon X Plus range now has four models, all of them maintaining the 45 TOPS in their NPU, with two 10-core variants and two others with 8 cores and different Boost speeds.

The first laptops to be available with these SoCs will be the ASUS ProArt PZ13 and the ASUS Vivobook S 15, whose variant with the Snapdragon X Elite we were able to analyze at GEEKNETIC. According to Qualcomm itself, they will be launched on the market today.
On the other hand, Samsung also wanted to announce the launch of the 15-inch Galaxy Book4 Edge equipped with the new 8-core variants of the Snapdragon x Plus belonging to what is called Microsoft’s Copilot+ PC.
