September 3 () –

At least one person has been killed and three others injured in new Russian airstrikes in the Ukrainian region of Dnipropetrovsk, where a residential building in the city of Dnipro, the capital of the oblast, was hit.

“The enemy has attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region. At present, it is known about damage to residential buildings in one of the districts of Dnipro. (…) Unfortunately, there is already information about one dead and three injured as a result of the missile attack in the Dnipro,” the governor of the region, Serhi Lisak, wrote on his Telegram channel.

Both Russia and Ukraine have stepped up their bombings at a time when kyiv is carrying out an offensive in the heart of Russian territory, specifically in the Kursk region, although Russian President Vladimir Putin ruled out on Monday that the incursion had hindered the advance of his troops in the Ukrainian region of Donbas.
