Deadline extended for accessing free courses on collections and customer service

ECCI University, in collaboration with the District Secretariat for Economic Development and the Atenea Agency, announced that the registration period for the Talento Capital strategy has been extended.

Applications will be open until August 7, 2024 to secure a place in this program, which still has 1,000 100% scholarships available.

Talento Capital is an initiative that seeks to improve employability and strengthen the business fabric of Bogotá, providing high-quality training in key areas of the labor market.

ECCI University will be responsible for the delivery and certification of these courses. In addition, applicants will have the opportunity to obtain an industry certification completely free of charge, which significantly increases their professional profile and access to decent employment. This additional certificate is issued by an Entity accredited by ONAC (National Accreditation Body of Colombia) and is aligned with the technical content of each course.

Available training areas:

– Service and customer support
– Basic Level: Customer Service and Attention Advisor.
– Intermediate Level: Information and Customer Service Supervisor.

– Collections and Financial Products
– Basic Level: Credit and Portfolio Manager.
– Intermediate Level: Credit and Collections Advisor.
– Advanced Level: Credit and Portfolio Coordinator.

– Marketing and publicity
– Basic Level: Marketing and Promotion Manager.
– Intermediate Level: Sales Executive.
– Advanced Level: Marketing and Sales Coordinator.

Program Details:

Each course lasts 70 hours, distributed as follows:

• 50 hours of technical training (100% virtual).
• 20 hours of training in socio-emotional skills (10 virtual hours and 10 in-person hours).

Requirements to register:

• Be over 18 years old (no age limit).
• Be a high school graduate, either from a public or private school.
• Reside in the city of Bogotá.

Important considerations:

If the candidate registers for an intermediate or advanced level, it will be necessary to take an entrance test to validate the knowledge. If the candidate does not pass, he or she will have the opportunity to register for the level prior to the one initially selected.
