Ahead of the national holidays, Uber Eats strengthens its exclusive with La Casa de Toño

2 million orders through Uber Eats

La Casa de Toño, with more than 40 locations in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area, has become a favorite among locals. From enchiladas and flautas to its famous pozole, these dishes can now only be ordered through Uber Eats. Previously, they were also available on competitors like Rappi.

In 2023, more than 2 million orders from La Casa de Toño were delivered via Uber Eats. To put this figure into perspective, this is equivalent to delivering an order to each attendee of 25 full Estadio Aztecas. In addition, the neighborhoods with the highest demand are Narvarte, Anáhuac and Chimalistac, and the municipalities of Nezahualcóyotl, Coacalco and Cuautitlán Izcalli.

“We are committed to connecting our users with the best prepared food offerings. That’s why we are excited to have La Casa de Toño as our exclusive restaurant,” said Daniel Colunga, general manager of Uber Eats in Mexico.

Ana Zuluaga, director of delivery at La Casa de Toño, added: “By partnering exclusively with Uber Eats, we are leveraging their technology and market leadership to bring our dishes directly to our consumers’ doors.”

This alliance comes at a key moment, with the national holidays just around the corner.
