Intel hosted an event called the Xe-XPG Scavenger Hunt in March 2021 that lasted several months and that promised several Intel ARC graphics cards as prizes, but after several months, none of the 300 winners seem to have received any of their prizes, as we can read in Videocardz.
However, Intel itself has spoken about it, offering alternative prizes to the winners, which may well be an Intel Core i7-12700K or an Intel Core i5-12600Ksomething that emphasizes the value that Intel places on new graphics cards.
Keep in mind that the Core i7 has an MSRP of $409while the i5 has an MSRP of $289and given a scenario in which Intel has not announced the prices of its new graphics cards, it is easy to assume that the Intel Arc A770 will have a price similar to that of the i7, while the Arc A750 will have a price similar to that of the i5.
In any case, Intel is asking the winners to decide if they want a graphics card, or if they accept the processors offered as a substitute prizewhich will be the default option for all those who do not respond to the mail before August 19.
