According to Colombian Institute of Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (Icetex), a total of 4,067 users of educational credit will receive the benefit of condonation 25% or 50% of this financing for having completed their higher education studies and obtaining their degree.

For Ramiro Forero Corzo, vice president of credit and collection of the entity, “The waiver for graduation is for those young people in a vulnerable condition either by the Sisbén survey, within the cut-off points established by the Icetex board of directors or because they are indigenous”.
