Finally, Samsung has abandoned the compact, rounded design of its Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds2 to join Apple and other manufacturers in adopting the “vertical stick” format in its new Galaxy Buds3 Pro TWS earphones.
Although we thought that the Galaxy Buds3 Normally, they would maintain the design of previous generations, but in the end this has not been the case and this new version of Samsung’s TWS headphones also adopt a format similar to that of Apple’s Airpods with the characteristic vertical protrusion.
They connect to the smartphone or transmitting device via Bluetooth 5.4 and support Samsung’s SBC, AAC and SSC UHQ codecs (compatible with the brand’s devices). This “Samsung Seamless Codec” codec allows for 24 bits at 96 kHz.
They promise a battery life of 5 or 6 hours for the Buds3 or Buds3 Pro with ANC activated and 24 or 26 hours with the charging case. This amount increases by one hour if we deactivate the ANC, and by 2 hours with the case. They are compatible with Galaxy AI for simultaneous translation functions directly from the headphones.
Both models will be available in metallic gray or white. The Galaxy Buds3 can be pre-ordered for 179 euros and the Galaxy Buds3 Pro for 249.01 euros.
