The Russian president has given special importance to the ‘International North-South Transit Corridor’, which allows the country to access Asian markets and, according to British Intelligence, this route has acquired great importance since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine because it allows it to trade in arms in a “less vulnerable” way to international sanctions.

Likewise, they have spoken about the BRICS, the Eurasian Economic Union and the signing of free market agreements between the latter entity and Iran.
