With partial blockade, the National Government started a spending freeze

The Government explained that partial and temporary blockades are carried out on those appropriation items that to date do not have Budget Availability Certificates (CDP) issued and that ongoing contractual processes are not affected, that is, “no CDPs already issued have been blocked“.
