“This table is open and all the union organizations that signed the agreement are invited and we will continue to take all necessary steps to ensure that this is fulfilled and we still have almost a year to advance the agreements signed for the 2023-2025 period. , which we are streamlining,” said Ramírez.

The main request of some of the union organizations refers to the approval and payment of a special compensation bonus, which has an annual cost of more than $5.5 billion by 2024. “In any case, the permanent social dialogue promoted by the Ministry of Labor must begin by recognizing that in December 2023 the agreed bonus of 25% was canceled, and the entity will continue and insist with the administrative procedures within its reach.
