Thus, he detailed that the deceased are Adar Gavriel, from the 6828th Battalion of the Bislamach Brigade, and Yehonatan Elias, from the Givati ​​Brigade reconnaissance unit. In this way, the number of military deaths since the beginning of the ground offensive against Gaza increases to 294.

Israel unleashed its offensive against Gaza after the aforementioned attacks by Hamas, which left nearly 1,200 dead and about 240 kidnapped. The Israeli offensive has so far left more than 36,200 Palestinians dead, according to the Gazan authorities, controlled by the Islamist group, to which are added more than 510 dead at the hands of Israeli forces and in attacks carried out by settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. .
