At least two people have died this Wednesday in new attacks carried out by the Russian Army against areas of the town of Nikopol, located in the province of Dnipro, in the south of the country.
The governor of the province, Sergii Lisak, confirmed in a statement the death of a 52-year-old man, who died due to the severity of the injuries suffered after being transferred to a hospital in the area.
The man was surprised by artillery fire during the morning of this Tuesday, as he explained. “Doctors fought to save his life, but the injuries were too serious,” he said.
Subsequently, a second victim died due to a drone impacting an ambulance. “There are already two dead in Nikopol due to today’s enemy attacks,” said Lisak, who explained that the second fatality was the driver of the attacked ambulance. “I want to send my most sincere condolences to the families of these two innocent victims. I despise the criminal soldiers who commit this terrorism,” he concluded.
