Israel intercepts two Kataib Hezbollah explosive drones

The Israeli Armed Forces reported this Monday that they have intercepted two drones loaded with explosives coming from the east and that were targeting the Eilat region, in the extreme south of the country.

The attack has already been claimed by Kataib Hezbollah, an Iraqi militia pro-Iran, but the projectiles have been intercepted by the Israeli anti-aircraft system.

The two drones were intercepted by a fighter jet and a ground-based anti-aircraft system before they entered Israeli airspace.
