At least eleven people died this Wednesday due to an explosion in a sugar factory in the Tanzanian province of Morogoro, located in the east of the country, as confirmed by the authorities, who point to an electrical failure as a possible cause of the event. .
The commander of the Morogoro Police, Alex Mkama, has indicated that among the deceased there is a Kenyan, an Indian and a Brazilian, while the rest of the fatalities in the event, recorded during the early hours, are of Tanzanian nationality.
