Where are the most cars stolen in Mexico?
“The theft of insured cars in the State of Mexico represented 29% of the national total, with 16,028 units, of which 10,174 were stolen with the use of violence,” the organization said in a statement.
The figure increased compared to last year when 10,097 violently stolen vehicles were registered.
Within the entity, the municipalities of Ecatepec de Morelos and Tlalnepantla de Baz are the most dangerous.
The State of Mexico is followed by theft of insured vehicles: Jalisco, Puebla and Mexico City.
Guadalajara
With a total of 3,154 vehicles insured with a theft report, Guadalajara, Jalisco, is the first municipality in the entire country in this area.
Although the figure was reduced compared to the previous year (4,277), Guadalajara remained in first place this year and is placed in number three for theft with violence of insured cars (1,094), detailed the AMIS.
