A player has discovered how to open a one-way door without an external handle in Super Mario 64which until now had not been unlocked from the outside and which has been possible by using another character to do so.

Super Mario 64, released in June 1996is an open-world platform video game initially aimed at the Nintendo 64 console. This title stood out for being the first in the saga in 3D graphics.

The game, which has different platforms, scenarios and accesses, incorporates a fourth level known as Cool, Cool Mountain (which translates as Frozen Mountain), according to media outlets such as Tom’s Hardware.

In this, you enter a cabin with a one-way door that, until now, had not been able to open because it was missing a knob. Thus, this mechanism had only been used as an exit from the first stage of this scenario, Slip Sliden’ Away.

Content creator Alex Palix, known as pannenkoek2012has shared the discovery, demonstrating that he has known how to cross it from the outside through a series of specific movements and using another character.

Specifically, a mother penguin, who must be given her baby beforehand to get a star. In order for this character to move around other parts of the stage, Alexpalix1 has once again stolen her baby so that she can chase him and take her to the door.

Once he is close to it, Super Mario must put the penguin down and do a somersault over the adult penguin, thus opening and going through the door behind him. Once inside, the cabin is empty.

In this way, a mystery present in the game since its launch has been solved, since until now a way to return to the previous scenario had not been found. as there is no element that would facilitate it.
