This Thursday, Duro Felguera informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) of the resignation of three directors for, as the company has stressed, having fulfilled the functions that were entrusted to them.
The Board of Directors has taken note of the resignation of Director Jordi Sevilla Segura, with effect from this same date, making him accordingly President of the Sustainability Committee and member of the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committees (CARC), and of Appointment and Remuneration (CNR).
Likewise, the Vice President, Director, President of the CAR Audit and Risk Commission, and member of the CNR, José Julián Massa Gutierrez del Álamo, have resigned with deferred effects at the first General Meeting that the company holds; and the Councilor and President of the CNR, Valeriano Gómez Sánchez.
According to what the company explains to the CNMV, the resignations are due “to the belief that they have fulfilled the functions that were entrusted to them at the time.”
Finally, the Council appointed the President, Rosa Aza Conejo, member of the CARC and the CNR, to ensure institutional functioning.
