Israel's ambulance service has no record of casualties due to direct impact from Iranian projectiles

Israel's national ambulance service, Magen David Adom (MDA), has treated more than 30 people for incidents linked to the massive attack launched by Iran late on Saturday, although it is not aware of any victims due to direct impact from the projectiles. .

Specifically, MDA personnel have treated 31 people for anxiety or minor injuries suffered while trying to take cover. The only serious case that is known is that of a girl injured by shrapnel resulting from the shooting down of a projectile in a Bedouin community near the town of Arad.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have also not reported any other victims and, in terms of material damage, have confirmed minor damage to a military base in the south of the country.
