At least four people have died, including a 10-year-old child, this Wednesday after a new series of attacks by the Russian Army on the Ukrainian province of Odessa, as reported by the governor, Oleg Kiper.

The projectiles fell on the region between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. local time, also leaving seven others injured. “A man is in serious condition and his lower limbs have been amputated. Doctors are doing everything they can,” Kiper reported through his Telegram profile.

“Odesa has been hit again by Iskander-M ballistic missiles (…) Transport infrastructure has been damaged,” said Kiper, who wanted to send his “sincere condolences to the families of the victims.”

In the last few hours, the death of three other people has also been reported as a result of the Russian attacks that have fallen on the town of Liptsi in the province of Kharkiv and located a few kilometers from the border with Russia.
