A feature that appears to have been found in a previous version of Gmail 2024.03.31.621006929 with a new button called Summarize this email. Google already has this feature in the Web version of its Gemini for Workspace suite users, but this feature may finally available to all users of the application on mobile phones.
A feature that can be very useful when read big, long emailswhich thanks to this summary can save us time and collect the interesting of the entire long text as a summary. According to the screenshot, this new button would be found below the subjectalthough at the moment it doesn't work. Tapping the button is expected to display a pop-up window with the summarized text of the email. It seems that Google too want to suggest answers to emails from Gemini, another feature that can make use of Artificial Intelligence to facilitate email management.
