Twitter will launch a status feature that will allow us to publish tweets with additional labels

A new feature has been discovered on Twitter, apparently limited to a few userswhose usefulness does not seem to be entirely clear, but which in principle should be able to give some context about the tweet we are going to post, in addition to saving space at the character level.

As we see in the tweet below these lines, we can see how there will be a whole list of states that we can place before our tweets in order to provide, as we mentioned, a specific context to our following words. It is unknown if we can publish a tweet without text, only with a status, but it should be possible to post a tweet with such a photo and tag on Twitter.

Something that is also not allowed is the use of custom states, something that does not make much sense when there is a button called “current state” that seems designed precisely to be able to place a custom state, but also it could be a button accidentally placed by the development team.

In any case, for now it does not seem like an option that users have requested or are very eager to use, although we will have to wait for an official presentation to fully understand what it is about.
