Grand Theft Auto 6 will feature a female lead and will be based on a fictional version of Miami

Users are really looking forward to the next installment of Grand Theft Auto and it is not for less, after almost a decade since its launch –which will probably turn into more than a decade until the release of the new title—. As we can read in Bloomberg, New details have been revealed about the future of Grand Theft Auto.

The code name of the game at the moment is Project America, a name that comes as a result of the aspirations for the map to be the largest ever seen in a Rockstar game, Comprised of a mix of North and South American areas.

However, this has apparently been cut so that the map is based on a fictional version of Miami and surrounding areas. On the other hand, our protagonist will be a Latin woman.

Also, the new game will have more interior areas than in any other version of Grand Theft Auto, in addition to being a very large map that will have a lot to do inside. This also comes thanks to the greater amount of resources allocated to the development of the game, which should avoid practices such as “crunch”, but which has also brought small bottlenecks in communication between teams.
