About ten girls’ schools in Iran have been attacked this Thursday with chemical products, as denounced by the Hengaw Observatory for Human Rights, which has detailed that a total of 50 students have had to be hospitalized, in the midst of a wave of poisonings of minors in these schools.
“Organized chemical attacks against schools continue with ten attacks today in Tehran, Urmia, Hamedan, Qazvin, Saqez, Dezful and Ardabil,” Hengaw said, before adding that several schoolgirls have been taken to a medical center in northeast Tehran. by a gas attack.
Likewise, he stressed that several students have been “poisoned” in Hamedan, a situation similar to that experienced in Dezful, where the center’s management “has not allowed families to enter to take their daughters and has deleted photos and videos of the girls phones”.
The Government of Iran assured in mid-March that it had arrested more than a hundred people linked to the poisoning of female students in various schools in the country, an action that Tehran considers a plot orchestrated by “enemy” countries.
The first poisonings were reported more than two months ago in a school located in Qom, the capital of the province of the same name, but since then they have spread to other parts of the country, although it is true that for the moment the real scope of this poisoning is unknown. wave of poisoning
