Who is Marath Baruch Bolaños López?

1. He has a degree in International Relations from UNAM and has a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the same institution.

2. Bolaños López worked as Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Productivity.

3. He worked as private secretary of the Secretary of Foreign Relations, Marcelo Ebrard, from December 1, 2018 to September 30, 2020.

4. He has been a deputy for the Morena parliamentary group, as well as a professor at UNAM.

5. He is co-author of the book Towards inclusion and equity in higher education institutions in Latin America: critical approaches to their regulations, Project Measures for Social Inclusion and Equity in Higher Education Institutions in Latin America – MISEAL, Berlin, Germany, 2014.
