( Spanish) — A 5.7 magnitude earthquake shook Bogotá and other cities in central and eastern Colombia, according to the Colombian Geological Service.
The seismic focus was located 152 kilometers deep and the epicenter was located in Los Santos, department of Santander, according to the Colombian Geological Service.

For his part, he United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported the seismic event with a magnitude of 5.3 and with an epicenter 3.3 kilometers from the town of Aratoca, Santander.
The National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD) in Colombia assured on Twitter that it is doing a “sweep” in the departments where the tremor was felt, and so far has not reported news about damage and victims.
