Hamas denounces “a massacre” and Israel assures that the target was “a concentration point for terrorists”

Thus, he has condemned “ethnic cleansing” by Israel in northern Gaza for more than two months and has asked the international community to “assume its responsibility and intervene to stop these violations and massacres” in the enclave, as and as reported by the Palestinian newspaper ‘Filastin’.
For its part, the Israeli Army has confirmed its responsibility in the operation and has stated in a statement that the objective was “a concentration point for terrorists”, in reference to the aforementioned school.
“In cooperation with the Air Force, dozens of terrorists have been eliminated in air and ground operations, in addition to the arrest of additional terrorists,” he indicated, without commenting on the complaints about the assault against the aforementioned school.
Israel launched its offensive against Gaza after attacks carried out on October 7, 2023 by Hamas and other Palestinian groups, which left nearly 1,200 dead and about 250 kidnapped, according to reports provided by the Israeli authorities.
Since then, the Gazan authorities, controlled by Hamas, have reported the deaths of nearly 45,000 Palestinians in the Strip, to which are added around 800 Palestinians killed at the hands of Israeli forces and in attacks carried out by settlers since then in West Bank and East Jerusalem.
