Content creators will be able to download their short videos on youtubecalled Shorts, with a watermark that identifies the creation platform when they are shared on other social networks.
The watermark on the shorts downloaded from YouTube Studio It has begun to be implemented in the desktop version of the video platform, and will arrive in the mobile application in the coming months.
“We add a watermark to the Shorts you download so your viewers can see that the content they you share between platforms can be found in YouTube Shorts”, has indicated a ‘community manager’ of YouTube in Google support page.
