In modern life there are dozens of activities that automated in the different businesses, facilitating, in some way, the way of doing things.
But this could mean a change that, although it would seem positive at first glance, It would have implications that go unnoticed in the eyes of users.

Another case that is common is when online shopping and without help from an advisor that advises or guides the acquisition process of tickets and hotel accommodations. This applies to all types of reservations such as concerts, visits to museums, restaurants and more.
This also occurs when banking transactions from the phonewhether to pay a utility bill, credit cards or other requirements. As well as when interacting with a chatbot, to make some type of claim or if technical support is needed, among many others.
As things stand, large companies are saving a lot of money by avoiding payroll of a person who previously fulfilled the aforementioned functions, and not only that, but also, users deliver all their data and personal information to these companies, which is used to generate advertising to consume their products and/or services.
For his part, the essayist Mario Jaramillo, perceives this process as a form of “modern bondage“, in which “Users work for companies, while they reduce staff and reduce costs”, as recorded by DW.
