We have spoken on more than one occasion of the Motorola Frontierthe first terminal -in principle- that will hit the market with a 200-megapixel rear camera as a way of acclaiming the podium of a fight that does not make much sense in smartphones, but it seems that Xiaomi does not want to be left behind either, at least according to what we can read in GSMArena.
As we can see on the web, the terminal does not really have an origin, but rather a list of specifications that contains a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a 120Hz screen and a 5000mAh battery. Nevertheless, Rumors suggest that it would be the Redmi K50S Pro or the Xiaomi 12T Pro, being possible that it is the same terminal in different markets.
Whatever the case, the terminal would have a Samsung ISOCELL sensor, which could well be the HP1 or the HP3. In the case of ISOCELL HP1, we are faced with a 1/1.22” sensor and 0.64µm pixel size, while the ISOCELL HP3 has a 1/1.4” size and 0.56µm pixelsso although the differences are small at this level, they are relevant.
In the case of Motorola, the company has opted for the ISOCELL HP1, a larger sensor with larger pixels that logically provides higher image quality.
