According to Downdetector users, from approximately 11:30 AM, Mexico City time, the Telcel and TELMEX services presented a massive failure. This is why users of both telephone companies have had problems getting a signal on their equipment, making calls or browsing the Internet.
The problem has been mitigating with the passing of the hours, so it seems that the Telcel and TELMEX engineers have already set to work. We hope that the situation that has affected a lot of users across the country will be restored as soon as possible.
