Ukrainian Military Intelligence has assured that the first North Korean military units have arrived at the combat front in the Russian Kursk region, the scene of a ground incursion launched by Ukrainian forces last August.

This sending of troops responds to the signing of the agreement reached between South Korea and Russia, a treaty that includes a mutual defense clause in case of aggression by third parties.
