Dec. 22 (Portaltic/EP) –
Twitter is implementing a new feature that shows users the number of hits the tweets they post receivea data only visible to the users themselves and not for the content they see from other accounts.
The owner of the platform Elon Musk, already announced at the beginning of December that Twitter would include the count of visits and that it would work “same as showing view count for videos”. “The system is much more alive than it seems,” she added.
Now this data has begun to be shown in the accounts of some users, who can find out how many profiles have viewed their ‘tweet’ by clicking on it, as the portal collects The Verge.
Visit count information was already available in the data displayed by the account analysis provided by Twitter to all users who activate it. However, this novelty directly shows the data of the visits under the ‘tweet’without having to press the ‘View tweet statistics’ button.
Tweets will show view count in a few weeks, just like videos do. Twitter is much more alive than people think.

The number of visits appears just below the text of the ‘tweet’, where the number of ‘Retweets’ or ‘Likes’ that the publication receives is already shown, but unlike these, it seems that the count of visits will only be visible to the user himself.
