Luisa Pérez, Marketing Director of Riwi, spoke about the achievements achieved in the first cycle of the program. “Since our opening in October, we have enthusiastically welcomed 364 coders eager to make a difference in the technology industry. Additionally, we are pleased to have established strategic alliances with leading companies such as Sistecrédito, Celsia and Postobón, who recognize the value and potential of our software developers”.
As this project moves towards its future vision of training more than 5,000 youth in Medellín and expanding nationally, Collaboration with national and international companies becomes increasingly crucial.

In March, Riwi carried out its first selection process for vacancies at Sistecrédito. The success was such that the company selected 13 students, instead of the 10 initially planned. Similar selection processes will soon be carried out for companies like Celsia.
