The Judicial Branch of Colombia has implemented a tool called Unified National Process Consultation (CPNU), designed to facilitate and expedite this process.. Through this web application, citizens can consult the status of their judicial processes efficiently.

Steps to Make the Consultation
1. Access to the Platform: Go to the official website of the Judicial Branch.
2. Select the Query Option: Go to the ‘Process Consultation’ option at the bottom left of the page.
3. Choose CPNU: Click on ‘Unified National Process Consultation’, which will take you to the ‘Process Consultation and Justice XXI Web’ section.
4. Search Options: once inside, you will find different options to consult, such as:
– Filing Number.
– Name or Company Name.
– Latest Performances by Name or Company Name.
– Consultation by Judge/Magistrate.
– Process Class.
If you have any proceedings against you, a filing number will be generated that will allow you to follow its progress.
