( Spanish) – A third Colombian soldier died on Thursday from injuries sustained in the explosives attack on Tuesday at the Puerto Jordán base in the Arauca department, the Army reported on its X account.

The deceased soldier is First Sergeant Fabio Andrés Zúñiga Burbano, who joined the fatalities left by the attack that the Government attributes to a faction of the armed group the National Liberation Army (ELN).
