Connect Bogota and 100 Open Startups presented the results of the Open Innovation Ranking 2022, which aims to highlight the most attractive startups for the corporate market and those companies that collaborate the most with entrepreneurs local to drive innovation.

This version had the participation of a total of 248 ‘startups’ and 173 companies, registering more than 1,300 relationships or contracts, a figure that increased by 50% compared to the year 2021. Likewise, it was evidenced that the ‘startups’ that have had relationships with companies increased by 31% compared to the previous year, while large corporations that worked with entrepreneurs had a 76% increase.
Regarding the sectors that stood out, in relation to the ‘startups’, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data They had a great presence, concentrating a large part of the outstanding ventures. On the business side, sectors such as the energetic and of education appeared on the map of open innovation.

Starting with the ‘top’ 10 of recognized ‘startups’, the first place was taken by entrepreneurship AppLab, which is located in the Customer service category, second place went to Guane Enterprises (artificial intelligence), the third position was taken by entrepreneurship DataKnow (big data), fourth place went to datup (productivity), followed by Selectum Club (marketplace) and Uptime Analytics (cleanTechs), which took fifth and sixth place, respectively.

On the other hand, entrepreneurship Mere, focused on sustainability issues, it took the seventh position, instant (fintech) the eighth place, while the ‘startups’ OnCredit (legaltechs) and DeepSea Developments (IoT) ranked ninth and tenth in the ranking.
