We have always seen the decline in graphics card prices in Europe, but it is also happening in other markets such as China. Now, in the Asian country, on average the cards they are up to 20% cheaper than their recommended price by the manufacturer. Since baidu forums a user has collected latest prices of each model of the NVIDIA and AMD cards of the current series, in them we can see decreases up to 33% compared to its recommended price.
In China there is also a saturated second-hand market by current NVIDIA and AMD models. Sellers also have a large stock of products that, along with the possible delay of the launch of the NVIDIA RTX 40 Series, have reduced their price to minimums that we could not think of a few months ago. The high range is the one that has seen its price reduced the most in NVIDIA graphics, while the entry range does so in AMD Radeon.
So you can find a NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti for 9,499 RMB, about 1,400 euros, compared to its recommended price of 14,999 RMB, about 2,200 euros to change (2,249 in Spain). We can also find the AMD Radeon RX 6400 for 894 RMB, which is 132 euros in exchange. With these prices, on average, cards AMD are down 20% while NVIDIA does it 19%. We hope that this great drop in prices will spread to the rest of the countries.
