The new Splatoon 3 amiibo already have a release date

Nintendo announced days before the release of Splatoon 3 which would not only release a demo, but would also release a new set of amiibo compatible with the title. Unfortunately, the figures weren’t available at the same time as the title initially, but instead would arrive a little later. The good news is that there is already a release date and the exclusive content that will unlock.

Nintendo has just confirmed that the Inkling (Yellow), Octoling (Blue) and Smallfry amiibo will go on sale just as planned and there were no delays, since you can find them this end of the year, precisely on November 11.

What will the new amiibo unlock? Splatoon 3?

Nintendo shared a video confirming that, like the other amiibo in the series, each of the 3 collectibles will unlock a special set within Splatoon 3. Additionally, players will be able to transport the character of the amiibo they register and will be able to interact with it within the game until taking pictures and sharing them on their social networks.

As if that were not enough, the figures will also be very useful to players, since each figure will be able to store character configuration information, such as settings, equipment, camera control, etc., which will allow users to save several previously made outfits and quickly change them before each game without deleting them.

We remind you that each figure will be priced at $15.99 USD. So far, pre-orders have not been opened in Mexico through Amazon, but we do not doubt that they will sell out quickly.
