The long-awaited charity concert FireAidorganized to raise funds in support of communities affected by the fires that devastated Los Angeles County, continues to add stars to its impressive lineup. This unprecedented event will take place on January 30 at the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forumtwo emblematic stages in Inglewood, California.
Among the artists confirmed for this charity concert, a luxury cast stands out that includes Billie Eilishborn and raised in Los Angeles, who will perform alongside her brother and producer Finneas. Iconic figures such as Lady Gaga, Pink, Gwen Stefani, Katy Perry and Stevie Nickswhose contributions promise unforgettable moments. In addition, the public will be able to enjoy the historic collaboration between David Matthews and John Mayerwho will share the stage for the first time in their careers.
KTLA notes that the benefit concert will feature performances by legendary bands such as Green Day, Earth, Wind & Fire and the Red Hot Chili Peppersas well as renowned soloists such as Sting, Rod Stewart, Joni Mitchell and Stephen Stills. Musical diversity will be a strong point, with emerging and established artists such as Grace Abrams, Tate McRae, Lil Baby and Jelly Roll contributing their talent.
The fires, which began on January 7 in the Pacific Palisades area and spread to Malibu and Altadena, left a devastating toll of more than 12,000 structures destroyed and 25 lives lost. FireAidproduced by the Azoff family together with Live Nation and AEG Presentsseeks to alleviate this tragedy by directing proceeds to a 501(c)(3) charitable fund. This support will focus on rebuilding infrastructure, helping displaced families and developing fire prevention technologies.
Tickets will be available from January 22 at Ticketmasterand the event will be broadcast on global platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Netflix and YouTubeas well as in more than 70 AMC theaters nationwide. With more artists yet to be announced, FireAid promises to become a milestone of solidarity and hope, showing how music can make a difference in times of crisis.
