Javier Guerrero became famous outside Ceuta the penultimate week of January 2021. Guerrero began to frequent unaccompanied foreign minors protected by the City in the migration crisis of May 2021, when he was no longer a counselor and more than a thousand children were left alone in Ceuta. According to the sources consulted by elDiario.es, he became “a wise man” capable, when young people did not yet have health coverage, of finding the necessary shortcuts to obtain it, publicly or privately.
