Square Enix is one of the main promoters of RPG games and is always imagining new proposals in the genre. As a sample is The DioField Chronicle, a new RPG franchise that will also belong to the new Real Time Tactical Battle (RTTB) genre. Well, if you were waiting for this title, there is good news, because Square Enix has just revealed the release date.
The Japanese company shared a lot of information about The DioField Chronicle. The first thing is that the title will be available from next September 22, so the wait to play it will not be long.
It was also announced that the game will be sold both digitally and physically. According to information from Gematsuthe physical or digital standard edition will be priced at ¥7,678 JPY, the digital deluxe edition will be priced at ¥10,978 JPY, and the collector’s edition (exclusive to Square Enix’s online store in Japan) will be sold for ¥16,478 JPY and will include a board game and a set of pins in addition to the title.

Additionally, Square Enix revealed that fans will be able to play the game sooner. The DioField Chronicle thanks to a demo that will debut on August 10. According to the details, this trial will include the first chapter of the full game and the trailer can be kept in the final version if you decide to buy it.
It is important to mention that Square Enix has not revealed details for the West, so we do not know if the launch will be simultaneous for everyone or if the collector’s edition will also be sold in the West through the Square Enix online store. We will keep you informed.
