June 20 (Portaltic/EP) –

The head of Samsung Spain’s Mobility area, David Alonso, has announced a “significant improvement” in the company’s annual data, with a 35 percent growth in sales of ‘premium’ range phones, which correspond to devices over 600 euros, while the market is growing at 20 percent in that segment. “Samsung is being the engine of growth of the highest range”, he added.

In this sense, the S24 family has been decisive, with growth of 30 percent compared to the sales recorded by the S23 mobile phones in the same period of the previous year. Something that Samsung attributes to the great reception that the Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions of the Galaxy product family are having.

Specifically, they assure that more than 80 percent of the users of these new ‘smartphones’ from the company regularly use these AI-powered tools, among which ‘Circle to Searchwhich allows you to do quick and intelligent searches by simply surrounding an image or text.

Finally, Alonso highlighted how these AI tools are going to “help reduce the digital divide”, emphasizing aspects related to security, alluding to your Knox platformand has advanced some of the actions that will be carried out during the Paris Olympic Games as one of the main sponsors of this sporting event.
