are you a fan of Rick and Morty and look forward to the release of God of War Ragnarok? If so, you’ll be delighted to know that the franchises made a great crossover as part of a commercial. PlayStation and Adult Swim teamed up to promote the long-awaited Santa Monica game in a rather peculiar way.
Despite the fact that the commercial is less than 1 minute long, it brilliantly captures the essence of the PlayStation franchise and gives it the characteristic touch of humor of Rick and Morty. The community received the promo very well, which is now a success on social networks.

Adult Swim released the video by surprise and claimed that Rick and Morty were preparing for an epic adventure. In the promotional we see how the characters are characterized as Kratos and Atrueus to immediately travel to the 9 Kingdoms through a portal.
Later we see how Rick finds a striking chest where he discovers nothing more and nothing less than Leviathan, Kratos’s epic ax and some “unannounced improvements”. Meanwhile, Morty suffers in his role as Atreus, because he really doesn’t know what’s going on.
Rick decides not to help him as he is attacked by a flock of birds, wanting to keep his mighty Leviathan free of bloodstains. Later you see an art of God of War Ragnarok where players are reminded that it will debut on November 9.
The promo closes with Rick pushing a boat to keep Leviathan from getting wet during his journey. The video received praise from fans of both franchises and currently has more than 700,000 views on YouTube. You can see it below:
